Our journey began on 01/01/1994 when Md. Shahid Shamim and Md. Sajid Shamim started a small restaurant named "Mezban", a name that reflects the spirit of hosting and welcoming guests.
We began with Biryani and a selection of Mughlai dishes. With a commitment to flavour and consistency, Mezban soon became a trusted destination for Biryani lovers in Kolkata.
Over the years, our menu grew to include much-loved Mughlai specialities and Tandoor dishes, while Biryani remained at the heart of what we do.
Today, Mezban operates three restaurants in Kolkata and continues to be a first choice for people looking for Biryani, Mughlai flavours and Tandoor specialities.
